VITHY® VWYB Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter is a kind of high-efficiency, energy-saving, automatic sealed filtration and precision clarification equipment. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, metal mineral smelting, and other industries.
The filter leaf is composed of metal steel plate multi-layer Dutch weave wire mesh and frame. Both sides of the filter plate can be used as filter surfaces. The flow speed is fast, the filtration is clear, and it is suitable for fine filtration and filter aid, and other filter cake layer filtration. The pore size is 100-2000 mesh, and the filter cake is easy to clarify and fall off.
The raw material enters the filter from the inlet and goes through the leaf, where impurities are trapped on the outer surface. As impurities build up, the pressure inside the housing increases. When the pressure reaches the set value, stop feeding. Introduce compressed air to press the filtrate into another tank and blow the filter cake dry. When the cake is dry, open the vibrator to shake off the cake and discharge.
