VITHY® VSRF Automatic Back-flushing Mesh Filter is a new generation of back-flushing filtration system independently developed and designed by VITHY®, with multiple wedge mesh filter cartridges integrated inside.
VSRF filter has outstanding advantages that distinguish it from ordinary mesh self-cleaning filters: 1) Extremely robust wedge-shaped mesh filter cartridges with uniform surface gap width. 2) Ultra-large filtration area, which can reduce the surface flow speed. 3) The flow rate can reach 8000m3/h, with extremely high reliability. 4) It can treat poor-quality water, such as water with oily sludge-like impurities, soft and viscous impurities, high-content impurities, and a small amount of hair and fiber impurities.
The filter can filter out solid particulate impurities in various water and low viscosity liquids to meet the requirements of liquid cleanliness in system operation and pipeline process. It can also be used to protect key equipment downstream from particle blockage, wear and scaling, improve the operating efficiency and extend the service life of key equipment.
The filter is an advanced solution for water and aqueous liquid filtration with automatic in-line continuous filtration and reduced downtime, maintenance, and labor costs.
The filter takes in the raw material from the inlet and filters it through the mesh, where impurities are trapped on the inner surface. As impurities build up, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases. When impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter cartridges, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to increase to the set value, or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the back-flushing mechanism. When the back-flushing suction cup port is opposite the inlet of the filter cartridge, the sewage valve opens. At this time, the system relieves pressure and discharges, and a negative pressure area with a pressure relatively lower than the water pressure on the outside of the filter cartridge appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter cartridge, forcing part of the clean circulating water to flow into the inside of the filter cartridge from the outside of it. And the impurities adsorbed on the inner surface of the filter cartridge are back-flushed into the tray with the water and discharged from the sewage valve. The specially designed filter mesh produces a spray effect inside the filter cartridge, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner surface. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, the motor stops running and the electric sewage valve closes. In the whole process, the slurry flows continuously, the back-flushing consumes little water, and continuous and automated production is achieved.

● Highly integrated, no need for a large number of automatic valves, connectors, and seals; low operating and maintenance costs.
● The automatic control system is highly reliable. The interface is intuitive and easy to operate. And the filter can be controlled to filter efficiently according to the actual working conditions.
