VITHY® VC-PP Meltblown Cartridge is manufactured from polypropylene fibers through a thermal bonding process. The fibers self-adhere in space to form a three-dimensional micro-porous structure. The micro-pore size is distributed in a gradient from the inside to the outside, making it suitable for deep filtration with a precision range of 0.5-50μm. It has a small size but a large filtration area, better pressure resistance, and is not prone to media detachment or changes in pore size due to pressure fluctuations. The structure is reasonable, with a high capacity for slag load and a long service life. It does not release any chemicals and does not produce foam during use.
