The Polypropylene material forms a three-dimensional, highly porous, and intricately folded filtering layer. It has a loose fiber structure, which increases the capacity to hold impurities.
This fiber material effectively removes solid and soft particles. Larger particle impurities are trapped on the surface of the fibers, while finer particles are captured in the deep layers of the fiber material, ensuring that it will not be damaged due to increased pressure during use, thus providing high filtration efficiency.
Additionally, the application of high-temperature surface heat treatment (instant sintering technology/rolling treatment), effectively prevents the fibers from being dispersed by the high-speed impact of the liquid during filtration. This ensures that there is no fiber detachment causing contamination of the filtrate, and also avoids the traditional roller compression treatment causing excessive clogging of the filter pores and shortening the filter bag's lifespan, while maintaining low pressure difference without affecting flow rate.
