Model Selection

After you filling out the Filter Inquiry Form and sending it to us, we will provide you with a filter model selection, filter drawing and quote in no more than 3 working days.
Proposal & Quote
Filter model selection includes: filter specifications, performance description and principle introduction.
Quote includes: price, price valid time, payment term, delivery date and transportation method.
Filter model selection and quote are usually in the same document.
Filter drawing is bilingual in English and Chinese.
Payment
If the order is confirmed, we will send you a Proforma Invoice. Contract and Commercial Invoice are also available upon request.
The payment term is generally 30% T/T in advance as deposit, 70% before shipment.
We support CNY, USD and EUR currency payment.
Production
As soon as we receive the 30% deposit, we will start production immediately.
During the production process, Vithy will report the production progress to you in the form of photos (videos available upon request) so that you can know the production progress, arrange ship bookings, etc.
When production is completed, Vithy will remind you to pay the 70% balance. And provide you with photos of the whole machine, inner packaging photos and outer packaging photos.

Before packaging the filters in export wooden cases, the following documents will be included in sealed envelopes:

After-sale Service
After you receive the machine, we will be available to answer any installation and debugging questions within 24 hours. If you require on-site service from our engineer, additional charges will apply.
The quality assurance period is 18 months from the date of delivery by the seller or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first.
