UHMWPE/PA/PTFE Powder Sintered Cartridge Replacement of Ultrafiltration Membranes
Material: UHMWPE/PA/PTFE powder. Self-cleaning method: back-blowing/back-flushing. Raw liquid goes through the cartridge from outside to inside, impurities are trapped on the outer surface. When cleaning, introduce compressed air or liquid to blow or flush the impurities from inside to outside. Cartridge can be reused and is a cost-effective alternative to ultrafiltration membranes. Notably, it can be applied to the process prior to reverse osmosis filtration.
Filtration rating: 0.1-100 μm. Filtration area: 5-100 m2. Suitable for: conditions with high solids content, a large amount of filter cake and a high requirement for filter cake dryness.

VSRF Automatic Back-flushing Mesh Filter
Filter element: Stainless steel wedge mesh. Self-cleaning method: back-flushing. When impurities accumulate on the inner surface of filter mesh (differential pressure or time reaches the set value), PLC sends a signal to drive the rotary back-flushing pipe. When the pipes are directly opposite the meshes, filtrate back-flushes the meshes one by one or in groups, and sewage system is automatically turned on. The filter has received 4 patents for its unique discharge system, mechanical seal, discharge device and structure that prevents the transmission shaft from jumping up.

VMF Automatic Tubular Back-flushing Mesh Filter
Filter element: Stainless steel wedge mesh. Self-cleaning method: back-flushing. When impurities collect on the outer surface of the filter mesh (either when the differential pressure or time reaches the set value), the PLC system sends a signal to initiate a backflush process using the filtrate. During the backflush process, the filter continues its filtering operations. The filter has obtained 3 patents for its filter mesh reinforcement support ring, applicability to high pressure conditions and novel system design.

VWYB Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter
Filter element: stainless steel 316Lmulti-layer Dutch weave wire mesh leaf. Self-cleaning method: blowing and vibrating. When impurities accumulate on the outer surface of filter leaf (pressure reaches the set value), operate the hydraulic station to blow the filter cake. When the filter cake is dry, vibrate the leaf to shake off the cake.
